Lowering Stress

#Music lowers levels of the stress hormone #cortisol and renders people less anxious. Levels of cortisol rise during tension-filled times. This can turn over-eating in to a habit. Because increased levels of this hormone can also cause higher insulin levels, blood sugar drops and we tend to crave more sugary and fatty foods.
